  • Payment Page Revamp / Meesho

    86% of ~7M daily transactions on Meesho were Cash on Delivery. That meant 10x higher RTO rates & crores in lost revenue. I led the redesign of the payment page which resulted in 2pp uplift in prepaid share (compounding over time).

  • Ratings & Reviews Solicitation / Flipkart

    Users trust products that have good ratings & reviews but only 17% listings on Shopsy had ratings. I designed Ratings & Review Solicitation flow that led to 11pp increase in products with Ratings and 10x increase in products with Image Reviews.

  • Saved Cards Portal / Razorpay

    Razorpay saved user’s card information but users had no platform to view and manage their cards. I shipped Razorpay’s Saved Cards Portal, enabling users to have transparency and control over saved cards.

  • Advance VAT Issuance / Cactus

    Getting a VAT Invoice was a manual process that took ~17hrs. I designed Advance VAT Issuance flow (for China market) which reduced the VAT Issuance time by 88%.

  • Editage Design System / Cactus

    Multiple designers were working on same product but a common design language was missing. I collaborated with multiple stakeholders to create and document Editage Design System.
